Black Bear is a nod to the constellation Ursa Major, the "Great Bear". The Huntress, Callisto, found her place in the stars as Ursa Major when her admirer, Zeus, saved her from an arrow by grabbing her tail and tossing her to the black heavens.
We like Black Bear as it coaxes us into the heavens for hibernation with its hints of bittersweet chocolate and velvet finish!

Flying Arrow is represented in our skies as the constellation Saggita, in the shape of a lone arrow with out a target. Some say it flew from Apollo's bow to kill a cyclops and others say it is shot from Eros' bow to ignite love. We say, this great roast sends us flying to the heavens with its slow-roasted, milk chocolate brightness and berry overtones!

French Bull shines in our skies as the constellation Taurus. Rumor has it this bull is represented in the palaeolithic cave paintings at Lascaux cave's "Hall of Bulls" in Southwest France.
